The proposed rules brings the absolute worst
bureaucratic practice against one of the most precious rights we have as a Virginians, the right to vote. If you receive a ballot and it has sufficient information that you can easily identify the voter, then you must accept the ballot, anything else can be considered as willful voter fraud committed by the agency in place to prevent just such activity. The idea of some bureaucrat taking an envelope and saying Bob Jones is not Robert Jones and then summarily tossing the ballot makes me cringe. You do not need this regulation to do your job, but you need it if you want to restrict voters rights. How dare you propose this obvious political ploy to restrict our rights. How can you all sleep at night?
