I am terribly disturbed by  any regulation that may have the affect  of disenfranchising any one casting a vote as is their right as a citizen of this country. As I have aged I have developed arthritis  in my hands and have difficulty holding a pen . THat some anal retentive person would be deciding if my signature is neat enough is scary business
