It is absurd to disqualify someone's absentee vote because their signature is messy.  Many persons have messy handwriting.  Have you seen how many people sign their checks and letters a few loops and swooshes - looking nothing like the letters of their names?  Yet their banks accept these checks and the Election Commission should do the same.
