Do NOT make it harder for an absentee ballot to qualify as legitimate.  Absentee balloting facilitates those with illnesses, travel, very long work days, and all other kinds of legitimate reasons to be a part of our democracy.  Vote agains the new Republican regulations that would make it harder for qualified voters to cast a ballot and make their voices heard.  We need expanded ways to have our votes count, not fewer!
