Virginia should make it easier to vote absentee and have our vote count - rather than taking steps to make it harder.  We should not have to have an excuse to vote early - like being out of town etc - but should be allowed to vote early to make it less cumbersome and more user friendly.  Also, throwing out sloppy handwriting etc is not fair.  When we vote we should assume that that vote counts.  You should encourage mass voting and not limit it to those who might vote a certain party line (social economical etc).
