This is a clear violation of the constitutional rights of faith based agencies who are exercising their rights to freedom of religion.  Most christian agencies consider  that this new proposal would be against their christian beliefs.  By passing this proposal woulnd be a discrimination towards faith based agencies and their christian faith.  Many children will miss the opertunity to be placed in loving, caring families.
