re: requiring religious adoption / foster care agencies to include "sexual orientation"....

Your proposed "politically correct" regulation not only violates religious freedom, but, more importantly, will deny some children of their ABSOLUTE RIGHT to both a mother AND a father.  Shame on those who would deliberately design any law or regulation that would further deprive any child already hurting or deprived due to abandonment, abuse. or death.  The state authorities should give TOP priority to the rights of the child when arranging their future -- not just the rights to food, shelter and love,  Just as important for the developing child is the psychosexual component, which can only take place  within a family with BOTH a mother AND a father.  One last point: Noone -- heterosexual or homosexual -- has a right to adopt or foster a child.  Rather, it is a privilege to help a needy child.  I urge you to do the right thing for the children ! ! !
