Please do not pass this legislation which will take the rights of a private organization and impose outside standards upon them.  This will effectively take many charitable organizations out of the foster and adoption business - because this legislation will not impose new standards that they can follow.  They will be unable to follow the new law in good conscience - and thus will be forced by you to give up that service.  The only people this will hurt are the children - who will not have an agency to help place them.  You will hurt these innocent children by making a law to appease a minority.  Surely there are some organizations that will place with same sex couples.  So why force it on all of them???  The law to appease a few - will hurt many.
