What happened to the sacredness of the text of Patrick Henry, who repeated his pleas to God before he said, "Give me liberty or death." He had a right to his religion and he professed it.

There is not one 'man jack' among you that does not know the meaning of right and wrong. When will you quit selling your souls to be reelected? As Thomas Moore said, 'Do you really want to sell your soul for Wales’? At least, that poor soul got Wales. But to sell your souls for ill gotten votes is deplorable.

Virginia hand your head in shame. You are on your way to no longer be a God fearing Commonwealth. You are on your way to becoming a great nothingness. Gone is the cradle of presidents. Why have UVA profess to an honor code as there is no honor left in this Commonwealth.

Like the biblical camel getting his nose under the tent I find that I must fear the intrusion of the government you have created into my private life. My religion is the basis of my private and public life.
