I oppose the Virginia Administrative Code section 22 VAC 40-131-170 because I am in favor of Christian Adoption Agencies who help hundreds of girls who are in dire need of help when they find out they're pregnant and don't know where to go or what to do.  These agencies are the life line of babies to be put in adoption with other families that can care for them.
