This regulation would greatly hurt needy children by driving religious foster care and adoption agencies in Virginia out of business, many of which offer a vital service to the state and to children in need of good homes to grow up in- and hurting couples who are well qualified and desirous to care for those children and provide a loving home for them.

Please, please drop this proposed regulation, which is very discriminatory and an attack against religious foster care and adoption agencies and would hurt both them and the children and families they serve so well.
