Please realize that the desire to place one's child with a family that shares one's vision and life views is natural and NOT prejudice.  A decision to adopt is difficult and can be life saving/  Please do not make it any harder by taking away the little personal direction a parent can give at that last moment.  Most especially, let this very private decision remain private.  Thank you.
