Any proposed changes should be for the benefit of children who receive services through an IEP.  This proposed change is aimed at finding ways to spend less time per child.  Any GOOD business plan includes short-term goals/benchmarks to measure progress toward long-term goals.  This proposed change will not benefit the children and should not be passed.
