This  proposal violates our Constitutional right of freedom of religion and it discriminates against faith based adoption angencies.  It will prevent many children from being adopted into loving families.  It will prevent many married couples of faith from having an opportunity to adopt a child.  Faith based angencies will have to close their doors or deny their own religion.  This will cause more unemployment at a time when unemployment is at an all time high.  Many more children will have to live in orphanages until they reach adulthood.  22 VAC 40-131-170(B) is bad for Virginia and is bad for America.  It denies us the basic freedom of religion which was one of the reasons for us to become a Nation in the first place.
