This proposition will drive religious foster care and adoption agencies out of the adoption practice because it is against their conscience to follow this proposed law.  For now, they are a major player of adoption, helping many needy children.

The state of Virginia Social Services has no right to impose this bizzare new morality on other people, especially to people of traditional religious faith.
