I would urge the defeat of the proposed changes to Virginia's foster and adoption law with the greatest urgency. The proposed changes will clearly allow for state sanction religious discrimination. Furthermore there is no basis for changing this law that will impact many young children without any grievance against said agencies.  It is atrocious that the legislation has made it this far. I pray that it will fail abysmally and urge it's defeat.
