I wish to include my objection to the action of this proposed regulation that would not allow faith-based child placement agencies to maintain their religious and moral standards in the practice of child placement services. The action to require that private, faith-based groups disregard the legal values and legal standards that they hold because of the disagreement another group feels or believes about those values and standards is itself discriminatory.
