Please do not change the regulations to make "sexual orientation" a prohibited ground for discrimination in placing children in prospective adoptive homes.

Doing so will force numerous Catholic and other Christian charities to cease the good work they are doing in the state of Virginia, since they will not be able in conscience to continue to operate under these regulations.
