The proposed changes will either force faith based organizations to compromise their beliefs or stop offering services.  There is no justification for requiring private entities to act in a manner contrary to their beliefs unless the safety of the child is endangered. 

I beg you to reject this change or alter the wording to protect private organizations, not force them to shut down.  These are valuable services offered by dedicated people.
