Private adoption agencies should be allowed to place children with parents who agree with their moral and religious convictions.  It is erroneous to treat adults with firm religious and moral beliefs as unfit to raise children.  I respectfully ask that these proposed regulations be struck down, so that American freedoms not be infringed.
