Please enact the proposed amendment to 4VAC10-30-170.

This amendment is needed in order for law abiding Virginians to provide for self defense while visiting VA State Forests.

This amendment brings the law concerning VA State Forests into line with those concerning VA State Parks, National Forests, and National Parks.

There is no rational basis to deny law abiding Virginians thier 2nd Amendment rights merely because they are in a State Forest.
