As a member of the NRA and the VCDL, a Virginia voter and a constituient, I beleive that it is time for common sense to prevail. There is no reason a law abiding citizen should continue to be denied the practice of his/her constitutional rights. 

This change will move forward some measure to restore our Constitutional rights and instill a bit common sense into the law.

As above, I FIRMLY SUPPORT the proposed amendment to 4VAC10-30-170.

Please do your duty to protect the rights of the law abiding citizens of this Commonwealth.
