Summer 2009 possible repeal of 2 VAC5 -420. 

In Reference to this repeal, I must say that I am for it.  Now if only we can find a way to continue working with a federal mediator in the case of the NFL Lockout.  I am quite confident that this may result in the loss of billions of dollars for Americans.
