I think in my unit (Adult), we all agree we’d rather SEE clients every six months, except for ABD.  These Interim’s have been chaos, it takes more time sending them back and forth than it does to interview a client.  And if they don’t show up for their recertification we don’t have to search for them to almost force them to receive assistance.  Ongoing workers are now keeping cases for 90 days.  Also, all changes should have to be reported, especially if someone moves.
