I think interim reports should stay like they are, the workers are use to them and we have trained our clients that they are used to them. Our system is to complicated the way it is, especially with reporting changes, clients need to report this, but they don't need to report something else. I think if a change needs to be reported for one program then it needs to be reported for all programs.  Our system has gotten way out of hand with policy complications and the workers are confused as well as the clients. Please leave interim reporting as is, as some clients don't have the money to come to be recertified every 6 months.Our case loads are climbing. We need some sort of relief. If you are going to do away with interim reports then leave recerts yearly. Please stop confusing everybody. Thanks for your time.
