I would much prefer to keep the Interim Report instead of 6 month certifications.  Our caseloads have grown and we have less experienced workers.  There are only a few changes I would make to the Interim Report.  Late Interim Reports should receive prorated benefits instead of the full month. Clients might get the picture if they loose a few benefits.
