It is my opinion that certification period should remain the same. I have worked in this business since 1980, 30 years and seen an enormous caseload increase and many changes. It doesn't matter if you see some people face to face or not , if they are going to commit fraud they will do it to your face. I'm not sure staff can handle seeing customer every six months with caseloads as high as they are, which means possibly hiring more staff, which we have no money to do since we cannot even give current staff a raise. Not to mention the gas it takes our customers to come to our agency, they also are just making it and not seeing raises, it's not fair to ask them to do this. Thank you.
