i believe we should continue with the 12 months cert periods, with interims at six months. having the clients come in every six months will increase our interview time and decrease our processing time. also, i think the new interims will be very confusing to our clients and processing them using the very loose verification rules will also be confusing to the workers. all workers are feeling the stress of the job and it seems there have been so many changes recently that it gets more difficult.
