Action | Amend Requirements for Carrying Handguns in State Forests |

I wish to comment on the
proposed amendment to Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, which would allow concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests. I believe the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution applies to State forests just as it applies elsewhere. I strongly urge
the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend the Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians.
