It seems obvious that of all places one might "need" a fire arm that Virginia's wilderness (or any wilderness) would be the place. I have no idea how many bodies are found yearly in the state's forests, but logic, alone, seems to dictate that legal gun owners would not be the people most likely to commit these crimes. Off all places self defense might be necessary, the wilderness would certainly be at the very top of the list. How could you possibly disagree with that?
