Action | Amend Requirements for Carrying Handguns in State Forests |

Please amend Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, which would allow concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests.
We are all law-abiding citizens who have passed stringent background checks in order to be granted the right to carry concealed. My family and I would spend more time in our state forests if we knew that we could legally carry concealed and be able to defend our granchildren, if necessary.
Thank you,
