I respectfully urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend their Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians.  Concealed carry permit holders have shown repeatedly that they are very responsible law abiding citizens. Afterall, the Second Amendment only codifies a natural, God given right to self defense.
