Action | Amend Requirements for Carrying Handguns in State Forests |

Please ammend State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170 to allow concealed carry permit holders to carry in Virginia's state forests. Concealed carry permit holders have already been screened and have been determined to be law-abiding citizens. Law-abiding citizens do abide by the law and would pose no threat to the peaceful environment of the state forests. However, they would be able to defend themselves and their families from criminal and animal attacks as provided for by the 2nd Ammendment which is part of the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights.
