The proposed amendment to Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, which would allow concealed carry permit holders the ability to carry a concealed handgun for self-defense in Virginia's state forests, should be allowed to become law.
There should be no "safe zones" for predators who would take advantage of the law to harm the defensless.
