I would like to comment on the conceled carry in State forests, as a CCW myself I would like to go hikeing in the forrests but would not like to leave my weapon in an unsecured vehicle.  Just think, I have been to downtown Roanoke and want to take a walk in the woods before I go home to Floyd County.  I have to take off my weapon and try to lock it in the car. I come back to the car to find it missing.  Crap I just GAVE MY WEAPON to a car theif.  Then there is this, same day same trip.  I get to the woods and am attacked by the same car theif, I pull my gun and warn the theif who, the coward that it is runs like hell.  Fiction? Maybe, but it could happen.  So my vote is for you to say yes to conceled carry in State forests.
