Dear Sir/Maddam,
I read with interest about your considering concealed carry of firearms in your state forests.
If a person is hiking and or camping in your state forests, especially overnight, it just makes sense to take every precaution for one's on safety. If someone is licensed to carry a pistol or revolver why would he or she not carry it for protection into a forest? This is the exact situation most people obtain a license in the first place. If you were hiking in bear country or camping at night in a forest, wouldn't you feel safer having some protection??
Pardon my saying so, but this is a no brainer
Respectfully yours,
