We literally just bought our first electric vehicle today, and we will never again buy a vehicle that runs on gas.  My family is putting our money where our mouth is (we have solar panels too) because we care about our children's future.  Virginia has enacted a good Energy Plan and we need to stay the course.  This does not need to be a partisan issue.  All citizens need clean air and water, protection from floods, affordable energy and a future for their children.  This is a win-win.  Please keep us in the RGGI, maintain the Clean Economy Act and the Advanced Clean Car Standards!
