The way to ensure jobs, a strong economy and affordable energy for the long term is to focus as much as possible on renewable energy. Staying in RGGI does have a modest cost in the near term, but pays off much more in both the short and long term. A growing number of other states, and many businesses and organizations, understand and are on board with that direction. Virginia needs to be a leader, too.
