I strongly urge full support of the RGGI, the Regional Green House Initiative.  Energy-efficient affordable housing is a major need in our community.  The present economic pressures only make it more so.  In addition, weatherization can make a significant impact on reducing energy bills, including for those with limited income.  It also reduces energy consumption, which is a win for all.  Finally, flooding is the most common and costly natural disaster in Virginia.  Flooding events due to stronger storm systems appear to be on the increase.  For the above reasons, it seems reasonable and economically feasible to fully support RGGI.  Thank you for your consideration of my viewpoint.
