Please continue Virginia's participation in RGGI

It is particularly important that low-income families have access to weatherization of their homes, and to the repairs needed before weatherization can take place.  Also, Virginia needs low income housing that is energy efficient. It is outrageous that over 150,000 Virginians below poverty level are spending 17% or their income on energy, and and a roughly equal number are spending 31% of their incomes on energy, when only 6% is considered non-burdensome.  Programs such as these are needed so that low income persons get a fair shake in the Commonwealth.
