Please get Virginia out of the RGGI and repeal the VCEA!  Solar and wind technologies cause more harm to the earth than any other form of energy production, by destroying vast quantities of land for little return.  

This is only fueling China's economy and their plan to take over this country... don't you realize they will be the ultimate owners of Virginia's vast acreages as these solar LLC's pass from hand to hand throughout their contracts?

Please, the only way to keep Virginia GREEN, is to repeal the VCEA, get us out of the RGGI, and invest in clean and efficient nuclear technologies.
