Please continue Virginia's membership in RGGI! Proceeds from the RGGI auctions have helped many communities in Virginia already suffering considerable losses from flooding and winds and other effects of our rapidly changing climate. RGGI also caps carbon and other particulate emissions which affect our health, particularly the well-being of small children and elderly persons.
