We need to keep VA in RGGI to help fight climate change, the most existential issue of our time. Virginia will be a US leader in clean energy by staying in RGGI, along with implementing the VA Clean Economy Act and Advanced Clean Car Standards. RGGI helps VA transition away from fossil fuels, reduce pollution and improve public health, support low-energy efficiency programs, increase flood resilience, and help lower electricity costs for those most vulnerable to emissions and effects of climate change. Our and our descendant's future is at stake!
