The Energy Plan needs to keep Virginia on the path to a clean energy future, and not take us backward towards policies that harm our communities and our health. We need to stay in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, and Governor Youngkin needs to defend the Virginia Clean Economy Act and Advanced Clean Car Standards. The time to act on Climate Change is now, and the Energy Plan needs to reflect that.
