Dear Virginia leaders,

As a parent, I urge you to keep Virginia in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative in the Energy Plan.  We have to transition away from fossil fuels, which are mucking up our air, polluting our water, and costing people money on higher electric bills. I want my children to grow up in a healthy environment in our beautiful state.

The RGGI program has brought $378 million in revenue to Virginia.  As a taxpayer, I cannot fathom why you would turn that money away.
