I support Governor Youngkin getting us out of RGGI, repealing the Va Clean Economy Act, and restoring SCC over Dominion so rate payers are not paying for financially risky energy alternative that otherwise would not be funded.  I hope he follows through, which would bring down our energy bills and taxes!!
