I strongly support Governor Youngkin to get us out of the RGGI, repealing the VA Clean Economy Act and restoring SCC oversight over Dominion Power so that we do not pay for more expensive energy alternatives that should not be supported. I hope the Governor continues to work to bring down these costs.
