All we need do is see how California’s energy policies have caused energy emergencies in that state to know those same policies would be disastrous in Virginia.  Why would we want to be hooked to the policies of another state where we have no vote and no representation? Our infrastructure cannot handle the immediate implementation of these extreme policies, and Virginians can’t afford them at a time when we’re struggling just to put food on the table and gas in our cars.  I’ve watched climate warnings threatening the public since I was a teenager and we were threatened with a  new global  ice age.  It didn’t happen.  That was replaced with global warming.  The consequences of that hoax didn’t come to be.  So now we have climate change.  You can’t argue with that.  Climate changes, but the inconvenient truth is the world isn’t ending any time soon because of it; so there’s no need to take our state back to the dark ages to keep us safe.
