As a Virginian on fixed income, I cannot afford dramatic increases in my utility costs.  These energy mandates from greenhouse gas to Virginia Clean Energy Act must be repealed.  They surely will cause my electric bill to balloon.  I support Governor Youngkin's efforts to repeal RGGI and the Va Clean Energy Act.  We can't afford them.
