SB 656

You ran on a parents' rights platform, which is why we voted for you.  Parents have every right to see what the schools are teaching and to opt out of any section of the curriculum if they feel it is not appropriate for their children.  A faction of parents are calling it a "book ban", but we favor "restricted access".  If these parents want to have their children access sexually explicit books in the library, require parental permission to check out. FLE needs to have an "opt out" clause.  Please honor the campaign promises made.
